First Day on Hormones

Today I took my first dose of HRT.

My regiment is 5 mg of Androcur (Cyproterone acetate) taken as half a pill, and 2 doses of Gynokadin (Estradiol) gel, taken every morning.

I didn’t feel anything particular today, except for a little dizziness and stomach aches, of which I am not sure if they were caused by the hormonal change or just a placebo I made up.

All in all, it might also not have been the best of ideas to start in the middle of my exam phase, but I really can’t wait any longer now that I have the medication sitting at home. Well, I’ll find out when I get them back.

I’m looking forward to the future, thank God I get be alive to witness these moments.
