We had gotten a bunch of other people’s mail at the makerspace for some reason and people were coming by throughout the day to pick up their packages.

James Blade-Gunn showed up and he had several packages, so some of the makerspace kids helped him carry them down to his scooter. Outside on the street, a bunch of crafting kids from the after school club had a bunch of long tables set up and we selling stuff they had made.

The makerspace kids were trying to help Blade load up his packages onto his scooter but he could only take two or three at a time so he would have to make at least two trips. He sure did have a lot of packages!

Meanwhile, a couple of makerspace kids had gotten into a bit of an argument with a couple of craft kids. I didn’t hear all of it, but I think the makerspace kids were criticizing the craft kids for being sellouts. One of the craft kids retorted, “Well at least we know what to DO with stuff besides just MAKE it!”
