Companies Don’t Care

I live in a duplex next door to the CEO of Kate’s company. The same CEO from last night’s dream. The whole company was using my place to get into his place (we had a connecting door like in a hotel room) to stage a surprise birthday party.

I didn’t know about the party either and was surprised to find so many people around. They were filling his room with balloons which apparently a throw back reference to when he filled my room with ball pit balls on my birthday.

He started approaching and everybody got into place, and it was my job as his neighbor to trigger the surprise.

He came in and saw me and disinterestedly asked me what I was doing in his house. Then I showed him the room and everybody jumped out and yelled surprise, and he didn’t act surprised or excited, but instead annoyed and uninterested, and he just turned around and walked away.

Ambulance Driver

I was driving an ambulance and pulled up too quickly to a stop light and had to slam on the brakes, and the amulance tipped forward and I went over the handlebars because apparently this amulance was more of a pedicab.

A couple cops showed up and gave me a sobriety test and started messing with me and took all my stuff. So I was stuck under this dingy overpass. I made my way to a mall and was trying to figure out a way to get home, so found some small pieces of scrap wood and tried to dress them all up in mason jars so they looked fancy, and I tried to sell them as firewood.

Two ladies came out of the mall and looked at them and asked how much, and I said five dollars, and they laughed and said they could get a bundle of actual firewood for that much and walked away.
